Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment information according to its own privacy and security policies.
AI features
When you use AI tools, the text you submit may be sent to our AI provider to generate summaries, rewrites, cover letters, keyword suggestions, or related content. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your application materials.
Data retention
We keep account, resume, transaction, and usage data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal requirements.
Your choices
You can update your profile, edit or delete resume content, and contact support to request account deletion or data access where applicable law provides those rights.
